A1 Chips – Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India) We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping fee of ₹49

Perishable Goods Notice A1 Chips products are food items with a defined shelf life. We take utmost care in packaging to ensure freshness during transit. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners that may affect product freshness beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process.
